Steven began employment with Scottish Amicable as an authorised representative in 1988. He spent two years working in the United States involved in the growing market of broker and referred mortgage sales and researching industry trends.
Upon returning to Australia in 1992, Steven realised a niche in the financial planning industry to provide broad financial solutions to clients, hence established a specialist mortgage broking business. In 1997 he merged his business with St John Group and took on additional roles such as consultancy to Zurich Australia, which assists planners in providing mortgage finance solutions to clients.
Steven co-founded Capital Growth in 2004, which is the new trading entity of the St John Group.
Cameron Brown

Cameron commenced employment in 1987 with Insurance Exchange of Australia. He assumed various management positions over a 12 year period including State Manager Sales, Underwriting and Claims. In 1995 he was appointed Director of IFMA General Insurance – a national subsidiary company. Cameron joined HIH Insurance in 1999 and managed their Financial Institutions and Affinity Group divisions.
In 2001, Cameron moved to the St John Group and was a founding director of Capital Growth after spending four years developing existing alliances and expanding core services into new markets.

Marc Bullard is the National Finance Manager for Australia’s largest referral finance company, Capital Growth. 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry has allowed Marc to develop extensive knowledge of finance products and packages currently available from lenders throughout Australia. Marc provides an extraordinarily personalised approach to clients’ needs and requirements and strives to ensure clients receive the best finance package available that caters for their future.
A range of financial packages can be sourced through Marc, including residential and investment finance, from assisting First Home Owners to Professional Packages. Marc holds accreditations with all of Australia’s leading lenders to suit client lender preferences and is accredited with the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA).
Marc often receives praise from his valued clients for his efficiency, flexibility, approachability, organisation and for keeping them well informed throughout their loan process.
Daniel Keisler

Daniel commenced his employment in the finance industry with HSBC Securities in 1997 as part of the Financial Planning team. In 1999 he joined Collins House Financial Services, where he was employed in a number of managerial positions before accepting the position of Lending Manager in 2004.
Daniel joined the team at Capital Growth in 2006 as the Senior Finance Manager and is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. His experience in the Financial Planning industry, in particular the mortgage market, ensures that he is well placed to assist in both areas of broker and referred mortgage sales.
David Jakimiuk

With over twenty years of banking and finance experience, David is particularly proficient in commercial and business credit. Holding a Bachelor of Business, David established his own finance broking business in 1999 and was affiliated with Capital Growth for a number of years before joining the group in 2005.
David is a member of the Australian Asset Finance Association (AAFA), Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), and is currently a senior associate with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia).
At Capital Growth, David specialises in leasing and asset finance. Finance options available through David include hire purchase, leasing, chattel mortgage, rental finance and lo doc finance.
Nick Bird

Prior to moving into financial planning, Nick had accumulated more than seven years of professional experience in accounting and insolvency roles. Nick has being engaged in a wide range of financial planning roles since 1999, adding to his expertise in the finance investment industry.
As the director of OzPlan Financial Services, South Melbourne, Nick is a Certified Financial Planner with a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting, and an Associate Diploma of Business Studies/Accounting.

Stuart has been with Capital Growth since 2005 and has successfully introduced the Capital Growth Finance Alliance Program into Queensland.
Stuart’s previous positions saw him hone his management skills and relationship skills in some of Australia’s leading Hotel Groups. His ability to successfully transfer into the Financial Services industry is a testament to his result-driven attitude.
“I believe that customer relation skills and the ability to read and relate to people are skills that are learnt and not taught.” Over the past 15 years, Stuart has developed these skills and they are now one of his strongest assets.
